Our commitment
Watershed Roofing Inc. is working to make this website usable by as many people as possible. Our ongoing goal is to improve toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal, not a claim that every page or third-party feature currently conforms.
What we design and test for
Keyboard use
Navigation, forms and interactive controls should be reachable and usable without a mouse.
Clear structure
Pages should use descriptive headings, labels, link text and a logical reading order.
Readable presentation
Text, controls and focus states should have useful contrast and remain usable when enlarged.
Meaningful alternatives
Informative images should include useful text alternatives; decorative images should not create noise for screen readers.
Responsive layouts
Content should work across mobile, tablet and desktop screens without requiring precise gestures.
Plain language
Instructions, errors and calls to action should explain what a visitor needs to do next.
Third-party and known limitations
Some functions are supplied by third parties, including Elementor forms, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and Flor chat. Their accessibility can change independently of this website. Large legacy pages or older content may also contain issues we have not yet identified.
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format that would work better. You do not need to disclose a disability.
Alternative ways to contact us
You can request information, start a roofing enquiry or ask for website content in a reasonable alternative format by telephone or email. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible response appropriate to the request.
Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility when pages, forms and major features change. We prioritize barriers that prevent someone from contacting us, understanding essential information or completing a roofing enquiry.
