Terms of use

Using this website

This website is operated by Watershed Roofing Inc. You may use it for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about our services, contacting us, and requesting information about a property or project.

We try to keep information accurate and useful, but roofing conditions, materials, service availability, regulations and project requirements can change. Content is provided for general information and may not apply to a particular building.

Enquiries, estimates and contracts

Submitting a form, starting a chat, receiving an automated response or discussing a project does not create a contract and does not guarantee service availability, timing or price. A project proceeds only under the terms of a written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties.

Any estimate may depend on site access, measurements, inspection findings, concealed conditions, material availability, permits, engineering, safety requirements and the final approved scope. A signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.

Flor chat and online forms

Flor is an AI-assisted service that can answer general questions and collect details for Watershed Roofing. Flor may make mistakes or provide incomplete information. Its responses are not professional advice, an inspection result, a warranty, a price commitment or authorization to begin work.

Please provide accurate information and avoid sending banking details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive material through general forms or chat. You may ask for a team member at any time. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Safety and urgent roof concerns

Do not access a roof, enter an unsafe area, disturb electrical equipment, or attempt repairs in severe weather. If there is an immediate threat to people, fire, structural failure, electrical danger or another emergency, leave the affected area and call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency service. Website forms and Flor chat are not monitored as emergency-dispatch services.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Introducing malware, automated abuse, excessive traffic or security-testing activity without written permission.
• Scraping or republishing substantial website content in a way that violates law or our rights.
• Impersonating another person or submitting personal information without authority.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Watershed Roofing Inc. owns or is authorized to use the website’s text, design, branding and original materials. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own non-commercial use. Other copying, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission, except where law permits it.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse every statement, product or service on the linked site.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Watershed Roofing Inc. does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watershed Roofing Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website content, inability to use the website, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights under an accepted project agreement.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. We may update them when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
